This website is operated by Zoey Closet. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Zoey Closet. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use the site. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

1. Online store terms

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you have your parent or guardian's permission. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws. Your content (excluding payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks and adapted to meet technical requirements. Payment card information is always encrypted in transit. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the site or service without our express written permission.

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate, complete and current. We may correct errors in accordance with Section 6. This does not limit your rights under applicable law or our obligations under the purchase conditions agreed for your order.

4. Products, prices and changes

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or the service at any time. We have tried to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colors accurately. We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, region or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities. We do not warrant that the quality of any product, information or other material you purchase will meet your expectations.

5. Orders and billing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders and limit quantities, in accordance with applicable law, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

If we cancel all or part of an order, we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout and promptly refund the amount already paid for the canceled items and any associated charges to your original payment method. If we cancel the entire order, we will refund the full amount already paid. These provisions also apply to cancellations under Section 6.

6. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Occasionally there may be information on the site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice, including after you have placed your order.

By submitting reviews or other content for publication on our site, you grant Zoey Closet a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, publish and display that content in connection with our store. You retain ownership of your content.

We may moderate or remove content that is illegal, abusive, spam, clearly false or misleading, unrelated to our products or services, or that violates third-party rights or discloses private information. We will not alter the meaning of reviews or remove them solely because they are negative.

Changes to these Terms do not retroactively change the purchase conditions of orders we have already accepted.
